A completed reservation and the accommodation agreement made between Shefah Hotels (“Hotel”) and the individual booking and completing a reservation (“Guest”), together referred to as the “Parties,” will be subject to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).
By making a reservation, whether online, by telephone, or by checking into a room, the Guest is deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. These Terms are incorporated into all reservations, check-ins, and accommodation agreements with the Hotel.
The accuracy or completeness of information regarding room availability, pricing, or facilities.
Delays or failures in transmitting reservation details, modifications, or cancellations due to circumstances beyond the Hotel’s control.
The Hotel will charge the Guest the rate specified in the reservation for the occupancy requested. Rates are posted on the Hotel website and may vary by season or length of stay.
Upon check-in, the Guest must present a valid government-issued photo ID and a credit card in their name. Pre-authorization for estimated charges for the booked stay is required. The Hotel reserves the right to refuse entry until pre-payment is received.
A deposit of $100 per room is required. Visitors may stay up to 3 hours free of charge; longer stays are subject to applicable fees. Under no circumstances may a visitor replace the registered Guest without written hotel approval.
Guests are granted a limited license to occupy the room and use common areas. This does not create a landlord-tenant relationship. The Hotel retains control and may reassign rooms or access them for service, maintenance, safety checks, or other purposes.
Guests must be 18 or older to stay. Children may visit only during visiting hours and under Guest supervision. Pets are prohibited unless the Guest provides documentation for a licensed service animal.
Prohibited Conduct:
Excessive noise or disturbance, especially during quiet hours (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
Damage, removal, or misuse of hotel property.
Use of unauthorized electrical appliances.
Smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, or burning items (candles, incense, hotplates).
Illegal substances or hazardous materials.
Obstructing parking or unauthorized vehicle placement.
Bringing pets or bicycles into the property (except as permitted for service animals).
Property damage caused by the Guest or their visitors.
Additional cleaning or repairs required due to misuse, odors, or violations of smoking policies
Cancellations must be made according to the rate plan booked. Failure to cancel within the required time frame will result in charges equal to the first night’s stay (or as otherwise stated in the booking terms).
No-shows will be charged the full amount for the first night.
Early departures are non-refundable unless otherwise approved by management.
